Abstract : Seven polymorphisms were observed by sequencing of a 1200 bp long PCR DNA fragment in M.capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae strains of African origin. Three lineages were defined within this subspecies. They match the geographical origin of the strains. (Résumé d'auteur)
