Abstract : We explicit the dynamic equations that follow a tree during its growth according to the GreenLab model. In a first part we explicit the organogenesis equations. In the second part, using a macroscopic point of view, we recall the photosynthesis equations describing with a great precision the evolution of the organ sizes [3,4]. In a third part we give the morphogenesis equations describing the geometry of a tree. An example illustrates the dynamics obtained. (Résumé d'auteur)
