Abstract : Literature on risk perception shows that the gap between knowledge and behavior may not come from a knowledge deficit but be related to different rationalities between experts and laymen. In this study we developed a psychometric questionnaire adapted to nutritional risks (malnutrition, obesity), which allows to identify socio-psychological characteristics influencing risk perception of Vietnamese mothers of school-aged children. First results show differences between mothers in the perceived dimensions of both risks, which could explain various risk management logics. It thus appears necessary to give targeted information to the various clusters according to their risk perception instead of general communication. (Résumé d'auteur)
