Abstract : De développement récent, l'industrie export des petits agrumes du Pérou a connu une croissance explosive pour devenir la deuxième de l'hémisphère Sud en termes de volume en à peine plus d'une dizaine d'années. Les professionnels ont su tirer profit d'une très forte compétitivité prix pour devenir des fournisseurs majeurs du marché européen puis des États-Unis. Face à la forte montée de la production attendue les prochaines années, l'industrie péruvienne doit accroître ses débouchés en développant les ventes locales et en accroissant les envois vers des marchés à la recherche d'une offre d'entrée de gamme. Résumé (autre langue) : The recently developed Peruvian easy peelers export industry has seen explosive growth, becoming the number two in the Southern Hemisphere in terms of volume in little more than a decade. Professionals have been able to take advantage of very high price competitiveness to become major suppliers to the European market and then the US market. Faced with a steep production increase expected over the coming years, the Peruvian industry must expand its outlets by developing local sales and increasing its shipments to markets seeking an entry-level supply.
