Abstract : Africa is a vast continent with an unevenly distributed population that has been growing considerably over the last 50 years, gradually correcting its population deficit. This growth dynamic produces greater potential for activity, which will need to be consolidated by the implementation of appropriate development policies. (Résumé d'auteur)
