Résumé : This short term mission, on the request of VETAL (Adiyaman - Turkey), has been devoted after a rapid appraisal of the general technical level of this private turkish company manufacturing veterinary vaccines, to the improvement of its current industrial production for a multicomponent clostridial vaccine. Different critical points have been identified and technical solutions proposed concerning the production strains, their toxinogenesis, the concentration of the toxoids by industrial centrifugation and ultrafiltration processes, the quality control of the monovalent and polyvalent vaccines and the strengthening of the production staff. In Annexes, the consultant introduces different technical documents referring to the international strain collections, the European Pharmacopoeia and a CCCP vaccine.
