Résumé : LAS-Located Agribusiness System- in Girona can be described as an industrial diffused area coexisting local firm and corporative transnational plants. This space of local productive specialization is a balanced mixture between corporations know how and small and medium-sized enterprises shared values, specially in meet industry. Relations between firms especialization and location have explain from Catalan and Girona's agribusiness system been analysed as well productive factors as system external links based on innovations of the "milieu" and some territorial external economics. General balance sheet is positive been most of firms globalised and competitives but forecast is uncertain on innovation as strategy and environmental matters. Consequently must be progress about LAS knowledge through several ways. A methodology focussed on strategy looks be correct to apply in order to link resources and strategic management as to follow enterpise competive advantage inside this system.
