Titre anglais : The multifunctionality of the local agrifood systems : An analysis from the perspective of three cases in Colombia
Résumé : The present article analyzes the multifunctionality in three cases of Local Agrifood Systems, LAS, typical in Colombia. The first one tries on the rural agroindustry of the panela, which represents a group of multiple LAS distributed in different regions of the country, with a great economic and social importance. The second one refers a regional concentration of factories of guava paste located in the departments of Santander and Boyacà. The third one tries on the concentration of small factories of achira biscuits in the municipality of Altamira, Huila. In each case their actors and operation are described and their specific assets, their problems and perspectives are identified. It is verified in all of them the presence of important social and environmental functions and the enclosure of its impact settles down. Lastly, instruments of policy are identified, based on the multifunctionality and directed to the support of the agrifood chains and the territories, which can contribute to strengthen in effective form the development of the LAS.
