Résumé : In this document we report the progress made on phase 1 since the last' progress report (June 4). We also summarize activities realized during the period spanning January 1 to June 30, 2004 (or to be realized early July), as well as the budget spent or committed during that period. We propose a budget-neutral extension until December 2004 to complete phase 1; we provide justifications for such an extension, and we detail planned activities and spending for the rest of the year.
