Résumé : Seven phenotypic traits have been used to describe phenotypic differentiation between three types of pigs encountered in the remote province of Ha Giang province. Different phenotypes of White and Black pigs were found, however no differentiation between spotted and black pigs was found. The pig from southern district had more a white phenotype while the black and spotted one is encountered in the mountainous area and mainly in Bac-Me district.
