Résumé : This sixth mission was mainly focalized on the future of the laboratory of Quelimane and the different trials implemented under FISP. The laboratory for molecular diagnosis of CLYD in Quelimane is operational and gave consistent results for CLYD diagnosis during FISP. However, IIAM will have to 1) solve staffing problem by recruiting a new technician or affecting somebody working on other crop, 2) be sure power cut cannot affect the laboratory (generator and prepaid card), 3) data obtained under FISP would be analyzed, 4) positive coconut samples will be safely conserved. The different trials implemented during FISP will have to be managed by IIAM. Because of the cost, IIAM could have to prioritize them and the priority should be given to the Maquival-Rio trial where imported coconuts have been planted.
