Résumé : This paper aims to assess the coexistence of rural development models (agribusiness / national parks / local communities) and to reflect on the potentiality of alternative strategies based on the production of local and traditional products and agro-ecology by rural communities, who mobilize practical knowledge and skills to promote traditional products and build alternative markets.
