Résumé : The "One Health" concept recognizes that animal, human and ecosystem health are interconnected. Although the scientific field has been a pioneer in its development, its implementation also requires an organizational and institutional strengthening of collaboration between disciplines and sectors: agriculture, environment, human medicine, veterinary medicine. In this context, it is essential to be able to educate and train students who will be the future managers of this integrated approach. InterRisk is an international master's program that offers a comprehensive academic training on health risk assessment and management from a "One Health" approach. At first the Master was jointly organized by three major organizations – CIRAD (France), Kasetsart University (Thailand) and the Veterinary School of Toulouse (France) – and opened to Asian and European students. From 2022, the Master will be integrated into broader project "International Master Infectious Diseases & One Health" linking the Faculty of Medicine in Montpellier, CIRAD, the Cheikh Anta Diop University and the Inter-state School of Veterinary Science Medicine of Dakar, and the University of Kasetsart in Bangkok. This Master's degree trains health risk managers based on real cases, allowing students to have practical experience of the constraints in the field. Several health issues, including antimicrobial resistance which is a hot topic in agriculture, are used as a common thread in the different teaching modules in order to study them from different disciplinary perspectives (ecology, epidemiology, sociology, economic). The InterRisk Master's degree allows students to join an interdisciplinary network of professionals already involved in the "One Health" sector. At the end of this solid training, students will be able to access a wide range of career opportunities in the field of public and animal health, as well as in ecology and the environment. This project should make higher education accessible by offering an alternative solution to the international mobility of students through teaching using innovative pedagogy (e-learning, hybrid teaching etc.) while relying on the fields of excellence of the partners.
