Résumé : En mars 2021, Montpellier Université d'excellence (MUSE) et Agropolis International ont réuni des décideurs, acteurs opérationnels, représentants d'organisations internationales et scientifiques pour partager leurs expériences des approches intégrées en santé dans le cadre du concept One Health. Ces échanges intersectoriels fructueux ont croisé les points de vue et ont pointé les obstacles et les enjeux de la mise en oeuvre concrète de ces approches. Les participants ont abouti à des propositions pour rendre plus efficace cette mise en oeuvre et faire face aux menaces sanitaires émergentes et aux futures pandémies : coconstruire des projets intégrés avec tous les acteurs concernés (citoyens, décideurs politiques, chercheurs, services locaux) ; développer des méthodes d'évaluation de leurs impacts ; former les acteurs ; institutionnaliser et coordonner les actions du niveau local au niveau mondial.

Résumé (autre langue) : On March 1 and 2, 2021, Montpellier Université d'excellence and Agropolis International invited decision-makers, operational actors, representatives of international organizations and scientists to share their experiences in the context of the One Health concept. These fruitful intersectoral exchanges allowed comparing points of view and making suggestions for the institutionalization and the effective implementation of integrated approaches to health. This article summarizes the discussions developed during this workshop. They have generated proposals and allowed to point out challenges for a concrete implementation of One Health approaches such as the promotion of a Politics-Science-Society dialogue and the development of a dynamic relationship between scientific research and operationality. A number of issues have been identified, including the lack of integration of agriculture and environment in One Health approaches, the low participation of citizens in the construction of projects and the lack of coordination of actions at the institutional level. Tasks have been identified for the successful implementation of One Health approaches in the field. These include the coconstruction of integrated projects with all stakeholders, from citizens to policy makers, researchers and local services, the development of pilot field studies properly evaluated so as to provide proof of concepts as well as institutionalization and coordination of actions from local to global levels.
