Résumé : The years go by, resembling one another on the fresh pineapple market. Crisis still characterizes this market, which is looking for a new lease on life after years of very strong growth in exports to Europe and the United States. For the moment, it is an entirely commoditized market, reacting only to the price indicator. It is easier to be more optimistic for the pineapple canning market, which is finally emerging from the very serious and very long crisis that the sector has experienced. With Thailand's supply contracting, world market prices are recovering as well as producer prices. The recovery movement is much slower on the side of the concentrated juice market.
