Résumé : In the field, the lesions characteristic of Oïdium hevea and of Corynespora cassiicola were identified. Nevertheless, these two parasites do not seem to have had any significant effect on foliage density. Likewise, Corticium salmonicolor attacks were noted at Aek Pamenkie, but for the time being, damage is relatively well controlled with tridemorph based fungicides (calixine, BASF). Control of these parasites does not therefore call for any particular comments. The main two phytopathological problems always encountered by estates remain Fames or white root rot, caused by Rigidoporus lignosus and leaf anthracnose due to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. In addition, certain plants over 10 years old suffer from another infection that Socfindo has identified by the name "brown bast". This document provides an analysis of the situation and the possibilities of intervening in the case of each of these three diseases.
