Résumé : This report summarizes the first consultancy mission to China by IRCA for the EEC Project n° NA 85/27. The technical aspects and its immediate implications will be examined in the first quarterly report that will appear in mid-January 1988. All informations concerning the programme of work and budget over the first year as well as the entire 3-year period has been included in the document "Work Programme and Budget for the First Year of Operation". The project supervisor has been requested to officially submit the document after perusal, to the EEC for approval. The EEC should be asked for details on the bidding procedure for the equipment and the exact roles of IRCA and the counterparts in this procedure should be determined.
