Résumé : The collaborative program started in September 1982. It first took place in the Germplasm Center, J.C. Glaszmann was the only person assigned to it until 1985. The program was continued in 1985 in Plant Breeding Department and gradually developed. AMS research was completed in October 1985 on the relation between parental isozymes and yield heterosis in Indica hybrid rice. Another MS research research was completed in March 1986 on the chromosomal location of 4 isozyme loci. In August 1986, the persons participating in the program. The laboratory facilities devoted to this program consist of part of the cytology laboratory. New facilities will be available in October 1986, consisting of a 72 m2 laboratory located in the new NCBL annex. Researches conducted so far have been using isozymes exclusively. Three main parts are the development of the tool, the classification of cultivated varieties based on isozyme polymorphism and the use of genes coding for isozymes as markers. These researches are summarized below.
