Résumé : That paper is a brief survey of the IRRI-IRAT upland rice project, prepared for discussion. After 26 months of activities, that project is to be evaluated, discussed and may be modified previously possible new agreement between the two Institutes. That paper is following the same presentation with so called "Operations", I have used already for my paper program presentation in the past. I think that similar presentation is better to facilitate comparisons, discussions and to see if any progress has been made.
