Résumé : The crises currently affecting food systems world↲ wide were not primarily triggered by the conflict in Ukraine, although it has exacerbated tensions on global markets. They are actually a result of older, more structural factors that must be put into perspective if they are to be tackled effectively. CIRAD's researchers suggest concrete actions to foster long-term transformation of food systems in order to achieve food security without jeopardizing biodiversity or the environment, worsening climate disruption or increasing socioeconomic inequalities.
