Résumé : This document details the instructions for manual annotation of the EPOP Epidemiomonitoring Of Plant) corpus of documents. It is intended for the experts who annotate these documents and for the evaluation and development of methods that automatically predict these annotations. It is divided into three parts, dedicated to entity annotation and normalization, and relationship annotation. Each instruction is detailed and illustrated with examples.
