Résumé : A major objective of the germplasm enhancement programme is to develop a population with high levels of resistance to black pod and witches' broom diseases. Since the ICG,T contains diverse germplasm, it is intended to capture as much of this diversity as is consistent with the major objective of enhanced disease resistance. The programme will also give due attention to important agronomic traits.
