Résumé : Seminar and demonstrations were organised under the initiative of the GTZ Project "Sustainable control of locusts in Central Asia" in Qashakadarya Province of Uzbekistan, so as to transfer ULV spraying technique to the locust operator of this province. Several demonstrations were implemented in three regions of Qashakadarya, where infestations of Moroccan locust were heavy this year. The seminar and the demonstrations were successful and the participants were eager use ULV technique and Controlled Drift Spraying tactic.
