Abstract : The Ha Giang chicken population has been widely sampled and genotyped for twenty ISAG-FAO microsatellites. Highly Expected and Observed heterozygosis were observed in the district populations from the province (0.628, 0.545). However genetic differentiation mainly occurred within districts leading to low FST values (0.013). Individuals admixture analysis did not reveal any clear genetic structure within the Ha Giang chicken population. (Résumé d'auteur)
