Résumé : With supply little changed in comparison with the preceding season, market shares practically stable in the supplier countries and consumption steady in most EU countries, the 2011-12 season does not seem very exciting at first sight! But attentive analysis reveals movements, some of which are very important. FruiTrop provides a review of what might be a silent revolution.
