Résumé : The URBAL method is aimed at understanding the impacts of activities implemented through social innovations that seek to enhance food system sustainability. In an effort to support the transition to more sustainable food systems, URBAL proposes a qualitative, monitoring and evaluation approach based on the impact pathway concept. It uses a participatory method to incorporate eaters' knowledge and experience with these impacts.
